I enjoyed my stay very much! Comfortable bedding, modern fixtures, 2 streets from beach, free water dispenser, and bonus is the washer/ dryer on the top floor for laundry! Mia was very sweet and helpful with all our requests (we extended our stay and she helped with booking and printing our train tickets to Hué). The only thing is there is some construction so some noise, and the rooms are fully or partially blocked due to a container right beside (especially for the rooms ending with 2 or 3). However this did not bother me much as I enjoyed the location very much, and tons of amazing local food on the same street!

A great facility particularly for the price. Me, my wife n my twin infant babies stayed in a room with kitchenette here for 2 nights. Even though the location didn't have any particular views, it had all amenities in walkable distance. The host was well coordinated to receive us and provide us with all necessary information. The rooms were well appointed, neat and spacious. You may choose to cook in the induction cooktop provided. Also they provide a common washing machine and dryer in the terrace...infact very helpful for families.

Perfect time at Casa Rosa, great location 5 minutes to the beach and also close to restaurants and bars. Also, you are able to do your own laundry and use their drier on the rooftop for free. Renting a bike was also really easy and with great prices too, about 120-150k. Definitely would come back to this hotel next time we are in Da Nang.
