An absolute gem. 5 stars all round. Amazing location for being close to Metro. Staff and hosts are amazing and the happy hour and breakfast is an exceptional surprise you don't get anywhere else. The rooms are small but full of character and everything you need :)

Incredibly comfortable, spacious and stylish room with ice cold air conditioning that is more in keeping with upper end 4 star hotel or even 5 star hotel. Location is excellent - 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas. A station for L2 and L3 metro lines are literally outside the front door. Parallel itself is a really nice neighbourhood. Some great cafes and places to eat and very well served by supermarkets. The staff were wonderful - extremely friendly and helpful. The one caveat is that it is poorly accessible for wheelchair users or anyone with mobility issues. The hotel shares the building with private apartments and it's reception is on the first floor - up a narrow and steep flight of stairs. There is a lift with a sign that was permanently on it for the seven nights I was there saying that it is out of order.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Vaganto. It was definitely one of the best hotels on our trip. The rooms had a beautifully decorated ambiance, and the attention from the staff was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary vermouth, which added a delightful touch to our experience.

This place exceeded expectations it was stunning, it retains all the charm of the original building with everything you could possibly need, especially the bathroom. My only complaint is that the beds are so amazingly comfortable you don’t want to get up. Ceciley the head receptionist we met on arrival was phenomenal so welcoming and tailored our room for our needs. Beautiful setting in Barcelona but the windows are so great when you close the French doors you cannot hear anything. I cannot recommend this place to stay highly enough. Cecileys team of receptionists were brilliant too I would certainly say to people stay there, so very clean. Love, love loved it all such a fabulous place to stay in Barcelona ❤️
