I went to the restaurant 2 times. I have to say, it was my best moments in Cappadocia. Very good price, very good foods and very good place for meet a lot of people with some hot wine !! Thanks to Arash for his kindness, a very nice waiter and person. Thanks to all the personal, the waiters there are so nice, and by experience i know that for each good waiters there is a good manager :)

Perfectly inserted in the context in which it is located, the Castle Cave Hotel offers a kind availability of staff as well as a pleasant and clean place to stay. This experience is enriched by the attention to detail both in the rooms and in the common areas such as the terrace and the breakfast area. The latter offers the opportunity to taste a wide variety of fresh local products both savory and sweet, the kindness of the lady who manages this space is the best ingredient of all. You will immediately feel pampered.

The location is perfect You can see the balloons from the rooftop . The service is incredible really friendly . The breakfast is beyond good , Lot of different food and the cook is really good

We stayed in the Castle Cave Hotel in the beginning of July 2023. The hotel staff is very friendly and eager to help. We were concerned that the rooms didn't have air conditioning but our room was very comfortable despite plus 30C outside. The hotel is located in walking distance to all central dining and shopping locations and just a short drive away from the hot air balloon launching sites. The parking is tight so we recommend if you can not to arrive on your own or rental car. The hotel has a cozy rooftop patio with a drink bar that is a charming location to rest after a day of hiking.
