It's a decent hotel in a good location. The 24hr front desk staff are nice however one of them mistakenly gave another couple the same room as us after we had already checked in...it was strange to have a couple come into our room after midnight, while we were trying to sleep. No ventilation in the bathroom but at least they are clean and spacious.

Excellent low cost hotel, ideal for business trips or leisure travel on a budget. Good wifi, breakfast and super friendly staff. The staff were happy to print my conference pass for me and assist in packaging my expresso maker for UPS to pick up. I left it behind in my room, but the cleaner handed it in and it was kept in case I wanted to recover. Good location served by bus and metro nearby.

Reasonably priced hotel but could be improved The interior decor of the hotel is interesting to say the least. So don’t expected your usual holiday Inn style decor. Fake grass beach style reception area, nightclub style lighting on the stairs and wicker style bed stands! What I like: We had a very spacious room but seems that not all the room are (see picture of the floor plan) Reception staff are friendly Room was clean and tidy and came with a small fridge. Convenient location and the price is a good as well. Breakfast was just about OK and was included in the price. I didn’t like: The only TV channel that worked was the Real Madrid TV which was showing endless repeats from games. Bit of a surprise given we are in Barcelona! All the other channels were scrambled The bath didn’t come with a plug They charge you €3 a day for use of the room safe. I don’t think that is fair. Also on arrival the room card reader was broken which meant a member of staff had to come up to every time I wanted to have my door unlocked. Gave 4 star despite the faults as the price was good

Fairly good rooms, however we wished to switch from our first room as there was no natural light. The staff were very accommodating and did this very quickly, and the next room was far better, and the room itself was quite clean and rather well furnished. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked alright. The hotel itself is in an area which is perhaps a bit out of the way of the city centre itself, but there were buses and a subway stop within a 10 minute walk. It was also easy to get dropped off here in a car and to be picked up as well, and there seems to be good parking facilities around (although we didn't use them). The staff were definitely very helpful and kind, and we never had any bad service. Overall, for the price, I'd recommend in the area.
