Beautiful and funky rooms, super friendly staff and great spa! Spa wise, it was included in our package and you book a 1 hour slot per day. They give you a key to a locker with towels in and off you go! It was lovely. Very clean and romantic. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. But the best part is the location. So close to everything it appears!! Love it

Awesome stay, awesome room. The room was huge, clean and comfy. The spa was a delight. All the employees were great, especially Andreea who was nothing but competent, professional and caring. A truly amazing person. She gave us adresses to eat and to find the clothes we wanted and everything she indicated was delicious. I'm glad people as concerned as her works in a hotel like this one, with a perfect location in the center of Florence, nice rooms and a lot of care for the customers. We'll try to book them again next time we come to the city.

I loved, loved, loved this place. Staff was great. Like a pigeon-headed tourist I left my passports in the safe when I left. The casual was most helpful in getting them back to me. Only wish is that it was a little closer to train station. Make sure to take advantage of pool and sauna. It was wonderful. All staff was above and beyond and it was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had
