Great location, great rooms, great pillows, great beds. Very very happy with our stay. Exceptionally warm and kind reception staff, very nice food is the restaurant below. Staff here will help you with anything you need and speak wonderful English. Rooms cleaned daily and so on, absolutely no complaints. Can't see ourselves returning to the island because we've explored and hiked all we wanted and beaches aren't for us, but we really recommend this hotel for affordability and quality. Bradley

The most incredible staff ever. Lady in front office is amazing. She is handle everything so smooth and with huge smile! She will take care of you, she will book transfer, cruise and much more for good price. Also hotel provides rental 🛵 and simple but tasty breakfast 🍉 🍌🍍🥞 ☕️.You will not regret it! Thank you for lovely stay.

Stayed for 2 nights and was very affordable. Downsides are our bathroom had a bad smell to it that every so often would get worse and smell out the room which meant opening the windows and letting cool air out. There also was no toilet paper when we first arrived and we had to go down to reception. But for the price you pay it ticks the boxes and the breakfast was simple but did the job. Staff were very kind and helpful which always goes a long way :)

We weren’t sure about where to stay in Cat Ba but we managed to find the perfect place. If you want somewhere that’s affordable, clean, in a great location, and welcoming, then look no further. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They organised a wonderful boat trip, a climbing session and a night bus to Sa Pa for us in minutes and let us check out late with no questions asked. The restaurant downstairs is always open and serves up delicious veggie food. Thanks again for having us!

We stayed here for 5 days. Excellent neat and clean hotel Very near to centre Fabulous breakfast included in room rent. Restaurant is also excellent. Staff and owner very very polite and cooperative. We left luggage here after check out . Room rent is very reasonable. We will stay HERE ONLY during our next visit to Cat Ba island. I recommend all to stay in this hotel only while visiting Cat Ba island Thanks Cat Ba Green hotel and Cat Ba
