Service at the front desk was extremely efficient and helpful, they helped us with luggage storage and allowing us to check in early. The rooms on the other hand had terrible AC control and was also pretty noisy. The room always felt extremely humid and damp even when the AC was on. The bathroom vents also came on every time you turned the lights on, but a strong smell of sewage would fill the room each time.

The hotel is amazing, from the staff to the room itself, everything was perfect. Location is one of the highlights, being located only 3 minutes(by foot) away from Liceu metro station(on Las Ramblas), on a quiet street. The room was clean and the amenities were very good! The pool from the rooftop is a nice addition during the summertime, but the terrace still offers an amazing view of the city any time of the year. Moreover, the prices at the hotel's coffee shop are extremely good for Barcelona's centre. We will surely come back!

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was slightly dark (no natural light) but well sized and good amenities. Staff were helpful and we enjoyed using the rooftop pool although a bit small it was nice to sit up there. Amazing location too for everywhere we wanted to visit.

Wonderful location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, always 5/10 minutes away from everything we needed. Really nice sized room and staff were super friendly too. Only issue was the noise coming from the other rooms late at night - we had a rowdy group of boys slamming and shouting every night within the hotel courtyard. The pool on the rooftop was another nice perk, although something needs to be done about the pigeons because it REALLY ruins it. Otherwise, would stay here again!!

I recommend you to have a room on a higher floor so that you can sleep at night and not hear the long monologues of the receptionist. At first I thought it was a tourist fit to another time zone, but on the third night I understood that the voice was the receptionist's. The breakfast was the most fascinated surprise, one of the best and the most abundant I ever experimented at a 3* hotel.
