The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and many of Barcelona’s amazing attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room I was in was a good size, super comfy bed and pillows, great shower too but the downside is that it was on the first floor at the front - the noise from the traffic was really loud and I could also hear (and feel!) the metro rumbling underneath til late and then again from about 5am. Overall it was decent but I’d be wary of staying here if you are a light sleeper like me.

We loved the location of this hotel, and we loved the service. The team was professional, kind and very accommodating as we arrived early so they held our luggage and expedited our room from 3pm check in to Noon. The entire front desk team were amazing. We will be back soon. I already suggested this hotel to my friends and family. Expect rooms in city side of Barcelona to be on smaller size. My room was executive room for 3 people.

Nice hotel completed with all the amenities. We stayed in a double room and it was spacious and very comfortable. Cleaning came every day. The restaurant serves nice breakfast and if you like you can also eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant. The service was very good. Reception staff and all staff very polite and helpful. The location is perfect, everything near, metro station, restaurants, bars. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This place is a very bad to stay! You must be careful with your belongings and with presented prices. If you will live something in you room it will be stilled, so they rob you and does not give any help. Some money and jewelries were left in rooms and all was stolen! Not even a part of it, so it would be less noticeable, but just ALL. And what hotel did? Nothing, no help or support, they did not feel responsible for that. You need to call police by yourself and handle by yourself with all of it. Also be careful with prices, they also lie about them and will trick you, they will not say correct price oand afterwards will charge you with an impressive amount. This is what happened and what visitors must go through while staying at this hotel. So double think about going there and better find another place. They are scammers!

My family and I went to Barcelona for holiday for the first time and we stayed there for 3 nights. As a 4-star hotel, the room was rather shabby and many skirting boards in our room were loose and there was no air conditioning in the room at all. The hotel gave us 2 electric fans to use instead. Nevertheless, it was so hot that we could not sleep well. My heart was beating so fast that I thought I was going to die from a heart attack! The hotel gave us free breakfasts as compensation. There was only 1 bin in the whole room which was in the toilet and there was no kettle in the room. No box tissues were provided. My baggage lock was broken during my stay. I like most about the hotel is its location which is just a 3-minute walk from the Diagonal Metro station. There are many supermarkets nearby. The hotel room has a balcony with street view. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady receptionist.
