Bathroom showers and toilets doors are made of clouded glass and there are no locks for privacy on either. My room had to be changed due to kettle, hairdryer and wallpaper falling off the wall. We moved to another room but the receptionist Valery was very rude and aggressive towards us when we complained about the room. She said she would give us a free upgrade which was not true as the room was identical to the one we left. She then suggested moving us to the 7th and 8th floor but this would be 30 euros Xtra per person. I had to remind her that we paid an expensive amount of money for 8 of us to stay in the hotel and charging me extra was not appropriate considering the room we got was substandard. Her manner was dismissive and she kept talking over us in a degrogertory manner. Management should rethink her job as front of house as I certainly would not be allowing her to deal with the public. The hotel was lovely but this girl really ruined that experience.

From check in to check out, everything was great! Cute swimming pool area and in room small balcony. There’s a snack bar area that has delicious pizza and even a small table for children. The gentleman who checked us in spoke some English which was not expected of him, but it’s always nice. The staff left us a note saying they didn’t clean for us because we left the tag on the door which is what we wanted but I had seen reviews on other hotels about cleaning services ignoring that request and cleaning anyway. Rooms were VERY clean. The only thing I’d say is that it might be awkward if you’re sharing the room with a friend you’re not super comfortable with because of the lay out. The toilet it just a push close door that doesn’t give a ton of privacy and if you need to change clothes, do it around the corner where you enter the room. But it was fine for my sister and I!

We loved our stay here. We would definitely recommend and stay again. All the staff were so warm and hospitable. The hotel was clean, comfortable and was in a great location for us. In our books it's a 10/10.
