Amazing hotel! Stayed here with family in September 2023 in the family suite and absolutely loved it. Great service from the staff throughout. Always attentive and happy to help. Really good location, lovely breakfast included, rooms were clean. The only slight niggle was that the bathroom and sink were a bit on the smaller side (not exactly a dealbreaker, but I guess noticeable in a suite when we had 5 people total, incl. children)! Will definitely be staying here again for my next trip. Thank you to the staff for making our stay enjoyable!

My holiday in September was great with the hotel's service and attention. I was able to easily reach the historical and ethnic areas of Istanbul within walking distance. The cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast were very nice. My next Istanbul holiday will undoubtedly be at your hotel again.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Location is good, breakfast is good, service is good, but the rooms are too small and very stinky. You can hear every step and sound of the guests from your room. The rooms located in the basement are awful. We stayed in room 702. The shower leaks water all around the bathroom floor, so the walls become humid and the paint falls. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to another person. Do not take the basement rooms. I regret to not taking any photos of the bad room.

I stayed in Catch with the family in the family suite. All I can say is 10 out of 10 for everything. The rooms were clean, service was great, staff were very polite and respectful, breakfast was very good with a good selection and they provided us with great advice on what to see and how. Our stay at Catch was great and memorable, we went to spend our anniversary in Turkiye with our family and they had setup an anniversary surprise for us. Great Hotel will definitely stay there again.
