The overall location is excellent. Bring right in the heart of Melbourne surrounded by excellent cafes. However the room is small but considering you spend most of the time outside its not an issue. Service is good receptionist always ready to help. The one criticism is the elevator are really slow and you require to take two to get to our rooms.

Barely deserves a three star. You definitely get what you pay for. The rooms are pretty small. Beware of the breakfast! It's an extra cost and you will find better value in the cafes downstairs. I left late one morning and asked if they could make sure my room didn't get missed on the cleaning rounds, it's was. My wife had to crash tackle a staff member to the ground and wrestle a toilet roll from his hands , because they ignored repeated requests to leave us an extra roll. The staff were nice enough but clearly don't know what they are doing half the time. Good times.

The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and room was clean. Definitely good value for money. Continental breakfast was included and parking price was great....charge was per exit. WE used free tram while we were there, so only had 1 exit charge the day we checked out. Location is fantastic!! Would definitely stay again
