Great spot in the middle of the city. Very good customer service, but the room is not big enough to work in (no desk) and barely wide enough to outstretch my arms... Which are quite long, to be fair. 😬 Restaurant view is great but the breakfast is still fairly standard despite trying to look fancy. There's a massive bowl of Vegemite which you're supposed to spoon onto your toast. Applicable for jam and honey, but not Vegemite... Lovely decor and vibe. The room is actually nicely fitted out, just a touch small.

my stay at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its great service. The staff were professional and super welcoming and friendly, creating a very positive atmosphere right from the start. They even accommodated an early check-in for us at 10:30 AM, which was greatly appreciated. The gym is small and well-maintained, quite new, and equipped with the basics. The room we stayed in was really nice and quiet. We had a great night's sleep.

Very nice customer service at the reception. They allowed for an early check in for us and accommodated us very well. The downfall is the cleaning services. Leave the room for the whole day and the room is not tidied or made. Happened both days we stayed here. We had to ring reception and when they came they left 1 fresh towel and took all the others. Other than that it is a great hotel, nice and modern and friendly staff.

Attentive staff, great location, gorgeous room decor and style. Absolutely loved my stay at voco, was only 1 night but the staff were so lovely and attentive, always kind to assist in queries. Was able to borrow an umbrella from reception on a rainy day. Buffet breakfast was such a bargain at only $25 as well. Even during buffet breakfast, the lovely chef was kind and chatty. My only qualm was that the shower had hot water issues and couldn't get hot no matter how high I turned it up on the night of check in, also happened to friend in separate room, was probably a temporary issue as it was fixed by next morning when having a shower. Didn't have a chance to use pool and gym facilities but will definitely be back again!
