Great location, close to Disney and outlets. Rooms are big with a full sized fridge, stove top and utensils. No carpet that was really important as my nephew has allergy. It served us really good for what we were looking for, eat and rest after amusement parks! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Cafe express is attached to the registration is very convenient.

Carol at the front desk was excellent. The rooms are more like an apartment and are extremely nice. Old town is straight across from the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Just keep in mind Old Town is an entertainment center so there is noise until about 1130 on most nights but afterwards everything is extremely quiet.

Was here just October 2023. Rooms were huge and clean. This week I had had a full living room with a Murphy bed that would fit two people. A full kitchen with dishes and pots and silverware supplied, dishwasher microwave very clean and up-to-date table sits four. Then the master bedroom has two full-size beds and a balcony, closets safe shelves. The suite is pet friendly, there is a pet fee of $35 a night. I will use this place again I felt secure safe and it was clean and just huge. There is 24 hour customer service, laundry rooms on premises, a gym, pool, game room for kids. Just right next door to Old Town and fun spots. They do offer discount tickets for Disney and other amusement parks. 24-hour security on property. Very clean, very friendly staff. I believe the room not by how many are in the room.

Here's a tip, click on the one star reviews and read them before renting. If you're an interracial couple or African American, don't do it, you will be profiled from check in. Only buy one night and determine if you like it before buying multiple nights, as the pictures are different from the rooms given. They will not give you your money back if you prepay for multiple nights and decide its not for you and check out days early. Looks like a Crack motel or apartments they poorly renovated into "suites". You will question yourself upon arrival, "what did i get myself into" They will harass you from booking, sending multiple texts about smoking Marijuana in their rooms or on property, even if you don't smoke Marijuana. 6 texts within a 24hr period, reminding you not to smoke Marijuana. Who does that? We just came from staying at the Hampton Inn, and Drury Inn on our traveling days prior to reaching this city, this motel doesn't compare to those hotels. They seem to cater to Latin and India people. You will find hair in the sheets, hair on the bathroom ceilings, as well as in the folded " clean" towels. There will be mold on your shower curtain,as well as on the grout in the shower. The outside walkways will be wet from the air-conditioners. There will be bags of dirty linen left at the stairway until around 8pm. The dumpsters are overfilled with trash and have raccoons and rats running from them. If you drive to the back of the hotel, behind building P, you will find an assortment of used mattress piled up with cats sleeping on them. Their website states #5 best family hotel in the USA. I'm not sure who voted on this, but that's a gimmick to get you to buy, maybe a family ran business, definitely not the best or anywhere close to the best family hotel for guests. Go to the Holiday Inn across the street.
