We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Here is my quick review. Good : Cosy new hotel, nice pool, modern design however, quality is not amazing. Bad : What ruined our whole stay was during checkout they wanted to charge us 120 Euros for washing 9 t-shirts yet on the laundry form it clearly states in bold at the top that "prices are in TL" . Underneath they then write the prices in Euros. I presumed the use of Euro symbol was simply an Excel feature they didn't know how to remove which is why they wrote "Prices in TL" in bold at the top. We refused to pay this because as an English speaker, their wording was totally wrong and made us feel deceived. They need to change this. Also, all the prices in the hotel are in TL. The pool beverages and the restaurant all quoted in TL. Why then quote in Euros for laundry service?

One of a Kind, Hidden Jem.. New hotel, modern rooms, convenient location. The service was immaculate. Muarrem and his team at the reception were very helpful and ready to go the extra mile for quests. The hotel has a beautiful SPA very nicely decorated Hammam and a Himalayan Salt room which made my day relaxed. Special thanks to Yasemin and Dilara for the lovely Kese & Kopuk. The massages were so relaxing and calming that even my 9-year-old daughter left the spa happy:) We also love the food and the service at the restaurant. The team was so professional and helpful. Thank you ALL again from Management to those who are looking after the garden/cleaning responsibilities, made my and my family’s holiday one to remember. I will rebook this hotel for sure!

The concept is as follows; Villa style rooms on 2 floors around the pool... all overlooking the pool. Those on the lower floors have gardens and sun loungers in front of them. Those on the upper floors have balconies. The pool is clean but I didn't find the island in the middle very useful. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning service is close to good, although not always the same. There is a restaurant open 24/7. The food is delicious, the desserts are wonderful, and the breakfasts are filling with hot appetizers. I would like to draw attention to the design of the hotel; You go from the indoor parking lot to each building using your own separate elevator, which was a nice feature. The noise of other foreign families with children who come to the hotel later can suddenly erase all these positive aspects. Do you think children knocking on the door and running away or banging on the doors of the lower rooms every minute are not normal sounds. Parents who do not take care of their children are responsible.
