Çok güzel otel! I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Hotel Marma Beach recently. The hotel is located right on the beach where the water is crystal clear. The rooms are clean and spacious and have lovely balconies so you can sit outside. Also the staff were so friendly and helpful especially with my "bir az Türkçe." :) I would happily stay here again when I'm in Bodrum!

Was very pleasant stay with friendly staff and super cool location. From that hotel you would have access to so many beaches around. The place is perfect spot for couples.

Look, I have never seen a place like this in my life, it was incredible. Let me say that the only good thing is its location. We booked two rooms, one for my mother and father, one for my wife and me. When we went there was no one at the reception, we waited a while and he came and took us to our rooms. The larger one room was, the smaller the other was. There was a problem with the toilet bowl of the small room we would be staying in, the master said he would come and do it and then have it cleaned in 10 minutes. We said okay. We are waiting, no one comes or goes. I went down to the reception and that person wasn't there anyway, we asked the bar, they called and he came, we asked where the master would be, he said if you have work to do, you can leave, our hotel is reliable etc. I thought to myself, "Are you kidding me?" But we said whatever. By the way, the normal check-in time is 14.00, we went at 16. So, if there is any business, it should be done already. Anyway, no one is coming or going again, by the way, we are going to attend a wedding at 8 in the evening, so we are in a hurry. Then, when my mother accidentally tried to lock the door of her own room, she noticed that the lock was broken. By the way, there is still no master. Now we started to get angry, we had a little argument with the man at the reception asking how this could work, but he didn't care at all. Finally we said refund our money, we will not stay. Without a single apology, he said yes, something went wrong and returned the money. You open the room with a broken toilet in the system and just try to get money. This is not like deleting comments from Instagram, we went, you don't go, this is a living example of how not to run a business.
