Recommendation of us. 1.Reception staff provided good service, good advice, good manners, and dressed neatly. 2.Morning restaurant staff provided good service, politeness, dress neatly, and good manners. 3.Bell Boy is a good service mind. 4.Cleaning staff (woman) is polite, courteous, and cute. 5.Drivers are polite, have good manners, drive well, and provide good service. ..................................................................................................................... Features of the room 1.The cleanliness of the room is quite good. 2.There are clothes hangers available. 3.There is a hair dryer. 4.There are bathroom amenities. 5.Water is available. Disadvantages of the room 1.The room may be a little cramped in both the bedroom area and the kitchen area. ***The overall is good.

Overall, we had a pleasant time during our stay for 3 nights and 4 days trip. On out last night, there were 2 buses of tourists which caused loud noise. We hope that next time the hotel could manage the floor for the big group of tourists. We had our little daughter so we were quite concern about noises at night. However, for breakfast, we did appreciate that hotel has arranged another a specific venue for the big group of tourist so it didn’t affect the breakfast restaurant. I wish the pancake machine worked a little faster. The staff was very tentative and helpful. In general, I like the vibe, the location and the facilities. I would definitely come back for our next visit.

I felt welcomed by every staff member. The hotel is nicely appointed, and my room was comfortable and well laid out. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily. I also enjoyed the Wave pool. I will stay here again

We loved this hotel. Room and property were clean and well kept. Free parking. Self service laundry with little packets of detergent. Family friendly hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. Gym is nice with free weights. There's a sky lounge and it even had water and coffee for guests. The particular room we chose was small as we were only staying for 3 nights. We had rented a car so we were able to drive around and sight see. Personally I didn't feel comfortable walking to anything as the hotel in on a main busy road. We did utilize self service laundry. Overall we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room has a very good view. You can see all around as far as the eye can see. The Wave water park has a really good atmosphere. The place is beautiful and very clean. There is a guard to take care of you at all times. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. The swimming pool next to the building is very shady and you can play all day without getting bored. In front of the hotel there is an activity corner in the evenings on long holidays with activities simulating temple fairs. It is truly a family-friendly hotel. I want the hotel to improve the driveway from the parking lot to make it wider so that I don't have to wait long when checking out. I also want the restaurant to be improved to have more space.
