“Customer service so bad” So disappointed : - No WiFi on the 5th floor. I told the staff, he did not care. - The safe don't lock and are attached to the wall by zip ties! - Dark and Noisy rooms, 24/7. - AC has not been cleaned for years. - Mold smell every where in the room. - No facilities Customer service: - They never respond to email messages. - No respect of the verbal contract given on the phone. Ask for a written confirmation because they will trick you. I was planning on staying at least 2 weeks, I left after only one night. You have better options in the same street, don't ruin your holiday.

It's good value money and the staff are very professional, just need a little adjustment for air conditioner maybe replace them with new ones... I really enjoyed my stay there

The rooms are clean and spacious, but the place is a little dated. Still, I would say this is a place that is value for money. I would rate it 3 stars and give another star for convenience. The MRT is within walking distance of the hotel and there are some amenities nearby such as Thai massage shops, a market and pharmacy. There is also a 7-11 next to the hotel.

This is a great budget hotel. It's really no frills, but the rooms are a pretty good size. The hotel is quiet, but many of the guests are loud, especially in the morning. I'm not sure why the Centric attracts such loud guests, but it does. The breakfast buffet is extremely expensive, compared to the cost of the room. I think it's about 40% of the room cost, and it's not that great. But there are tons of great dining options on this street, so I'd recommend going elsewhere. Each room has a list of destruction fees. I thought that was awesome! Like they specify how much they'll charge if you damage things like the pillows. They even specify the charge for destroying the ceiling of the hotel, which I think is only about $200 USD. I thought that was really cheap for destroying a ceiling. It's also across the street from Okay Massage, which is an awesome local massage shop, that does Thai and foot massage.

Very good value. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are adequate for most travellers, features include a lift, a door, a bed, a TV, decent WiFi internet, airconditioning, hair dryer, hot water, towels, fridge. With street facing rooms, noise from motorcycles can be loud in daytime, but is generally not a problem at night. Rooms facing Fortune mall are a little quiter. Location is good if shopping for IT equipment at Fortune. Central Rama 9 is very close if you like that kind of mall. There is a 711 next door which is convenient, as a convenience store should be. MRT is close by, 3-7min walk depending on your pace. watch out for motorcycles speeding up and down that soi, if you have kids keep them close to you, assuming you'd like to hang on to them.
