Hotel withdrew our reservation that we paid for and booked months in advance to secure as we knew hotels would be fully booked and gave us no reason as to why. The hotel they ‘recommended’ was already fully booked. Customer service was horrendous either hung up on us or simply refused to talk to us and instead sent automated messages that were copy and paste. Money was returned as a voucher that is only useable on their hotels (which are fully booked) or only receive 10% of our money back if we cancelled and gave us zero compensation. I suspect they sold on our reservation to someone else. Staying here is a risk and I do not recommend it. They took our money, cancelled our reservation and left us with nowhere to stay. Very dodgy and untrustworthy, I recommend finding other hotels.

Surprised to see such a low average score. OK its a bit out of the centre and not easiest to find but after that the room was great! Fully heated and cleaned each day and once you get your bearings it's a great value place to stay. Would have no problems returning!

I just want to publicly thank the staff at this hotel. More specifically, the workers at check in, both night and day staff. I was in Germany for surgery and was traveling alone. A couple days post surgery I fell into a bit of an emergency situation and I desperately needed help getting to a doctor, my phone would not let me dial to any German numbers. The day time staff jumped in to assist me and make sure that I got to where I needed to go safely and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you so much for everything.
