Refreshing resort nearby Tuyen Lam lake. However, the floor in my room is not clean even though the housekeeper just cleaned it an hour ago. The big con is its environment is fresh and quiet. Suitable for relaxing purposes. Quite far from the city.

Room and service was very average, not even as good as 2,3 star hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast on the first day was poor but at least better on the second day after we gave feedback. This resort needs to improve a lot on their service and facilities to call themselves a 4 star accommodation. Otherwise, 2 star at its best.

The male receptionist tonight was very rude. He made a mistake and i tried to tell him about the mistake, but he did not want to admit the fact and just say no no no no no. What the hell kind of attitude is that? I am the guest here and the receptionist just dont even want to say sorry? Good training you got there cereja hotel. I think teracota is way much better

The breakfast could be just a bit better but however this is a really really nice play to stay at. The view from the rooms on the lake is beautiful and very soothing. I just wished they did not play outside music as I definitely prefer listening to the birds chirping. At the end of our stay, they even took us in a car to help us get into our coach bus. The driver even waited with us as it was raining and made sure we did catch the bus. The staff even helped talking with the bus driver. The service was on point.

I've stayed at the CEREJA for the last 7 nights. Every single member of the team here that I've spoken to both before and during my stay have been beyond helpful and so friendly. The room was very spacious with a huge wardrobe, walk-in shower with great pressure, a chair, a minibar which is complimentary and restocked daily, and the best thing about it has the beautiful view (I think all rooms have beautiful view so it genuinely was a lovely surprise). The room was spotless and maid service is daily. I had a great night's sleep every night. Breakfast was fantastic with a large choice of cold meats, cheeses, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, juice and more. The restaurant is lovely with exceptional service and great food, we also spent a lot of our time at the restaurant which is beautiful and has the most incredible views. The landscape has many flowers which is so beautiful. Wifi worked daily and was fast and reliable. This resort also has Gym, conference room, karaoke. But Jacuzzi and sauna have not open. All in all - an exceptional stay, by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I'd come back again in a heartbeat
