The rooms were nice, but rather plain and tedious. The miniature refrigerator was unplugged, the pen wasn't working, and the paper they gave us was crumpled. Even the power sockets were flimsy. It gets a 3/5. Service was amazing: staff were welcoming, amiable, and knowledgeable. They were also exceedingly polite and respectful, earning service a full 5/5. The location and scenery was spectacular; the fields were bountiful, and the flowers blossoming (they were wilting a bit when I stayed there, but I'll ignore that fact for now). This is a wonderful 5/5.

Had lunch here and visited the Wonderland. Lunch was delicious at the Le Fontaine restaurant, the staff were all very helpful. Everyone at the wonderland park was great and friendly. The boat ride was a good relaxing pace, the animals seems to be in good health. Would recommend.

DO NOT BOOK. The bedrooms and bathrooms have mold everywhere. The room smells moldy as we walked in. We had brought this issue to the room service and the restaurant server multiple times during our stay and only until the day we left, a receptionist called us and apologized about the bad experience. Also, the outside of the villa is really dark at night time. They should’ve installed more lights. The fact that we had to live in this poor condition for the past 4 days is infuriating. This hotel does not deserve a 4-star hotel!
