Rooms were good enough but a bit outdated. My room smelled very musty, like the beginning of mold. Other than that: bed is comfy, tv works well. The kettle wasn’t a kettle but only a thermos. Staff was friendly and helpful, the location is fine, not very central but connected well

The location of the hotel was relatively good as it was quite close to many shopping centres and Times Square. The staff were quite friendly and had a great sense of humor. The lobby was a vibe and was quite nice also. However, the toilets and showers were very dirty with many mould stains and such. The beds were quite dirty and we're very itchy to sleep in. All corners of the room was filled with dust and mould and such. A bad hotel room for good and friendly staff. Take ur pick.

The bedroom anda bathroom is great. The room is clean and spacious enough. The bed is comfy. There are towel, shampoo, bodywash, and handwash available. But I think it should provide the other amenities like toothbrush, showercap, just the simple one. Other than that I'm having a nice time here. The wifi also works grear. The location is good because it's near Lalaport, Berjaya, and Bukit Bintang.

The mattress is a little worn out but it is still acceptable because I bought a one time use bed sheet cover (include the quilt & 2 pillows too). Big shower (water) pressure & heater is working, good. Didn't realize there are 2 different building (old & new) after our stay and I think we got the old one just right beside a club. Please reconsider your stay here or make sure you get the building away from the club if you do not wish the loud music bass to disturb your sleep after a tiring day out. We smell cigarette in our hotel room, staff claim that the person may be smoking in his room. Tho it is not a smoking-allowed hotel so this is not ok for me. Thank you
