Spacious room, neat and clean with good panoramic view of Tokyo tower. Didn't try all the restaurant but its Suchi restaurant was one of our trip highlights. Reasonably walking distance to Shibuya centre. And staff are of great hospitality. In all very good stay.

I always choose the Cerulean when visiting Shibuya, and it never disappoints. Rooms are large, sound proof, and many offer an amazing view of Tokyo. Service is always top notch. The only pointers that I would have are: - I think room service stops at around 9 or 10 pm. For a 5 star hotel this is quite odd, as in most of the world it is usually 24/7, even if with a limited menu - You have to pay a fee to use the swimming pool. Again quite an odd thing for a 5 star hotel. - Blinds are not that great, they let in some light, though for my friends they were acceptable It's for those reasons, particularly 1 and 2, that I rate it 4 instead of 5, because honestly these are more of the standard of 4 star hotels than 5 star ones.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed in an executive suite and couldn’t have had a better stay. Views were incredible, biggest bed I’ve ever slept in, service at the front desk/concierge perfect, and the attention to detail in the way they made up the room was second to none. Bathroom amenities were great and were refreshed daily. Hotel is close enough to the action in Shibuya but also far enough that you can get a relaxing rest.

Cerulean Tower offers a great location in Shibuya and good 5 star service, but unfortunately the rooms don't live up to its price tag. While large, they are quite dated, the bathroom was a bit damp and not well ventilated, and overall the hotel feels like it's seen better days. The view is very nice, though. Overall we still enjoyed our stay here, and it's a great place for business travel as well due to its location near many office buildings in Shibuya. The hotel is super busy as well, it's very large, so the service, whilst very good, doesn't feel very personal. However they were kind enough to receive a package I had delivered during my stay.
