I stayed 4 days at the beginning of the year. After renewal. The club lounge and guest rooms had been renovated and were decorated in a way that is common these days. The bathrooms were the same as before and the gym was still old, but I think it is very good, including the staff service. For those who never leave the hotel, I think the Edition or the Ritz-Carlton are better. If you are staying as a base for transportation, this is a good hotel in terms of value for money.

We just returned from two weeks in Japan and spent the last couple of nights in this hotel. We had a superb experience, from the moment we arrived. Our bags were taken from us and a woman escorted us to check in, then brought us to our room where she explained all the amenities. Every employee we engaged with couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is beautiful and the room was outstanding. Location is close to a train station, about a 5 minute and mostly covered walk from the hotel. It's evident the hotel takes its 5 star status seriously. A wonderful stay.

Taxis available 24/7. The metro and Yamanote line is about 15 minutes there is a moving side walk and it is covered. The hotel is fancy great lobby and the rooms are big. Staff excellent and I never saw housekeeping staff. Breakfast buffet was very good.
