This hotel was in the heart of the old city in a nice location with small shops around. The staff was very friendly and they also offered a laundry service (which btw was very quick). The rooms were very cozy and more traditional I would say. Also they were value for money! The only negative was that it was a bit noisy but because there was music nearby-not in the hotel itself.

Bed bugs?? Not 100% sure about it but there were some weird black stains on the sheets. I preferred to leave the hotel and find another one on the same night. Did not get any refund from the hotel. Just beware in case you see the same stains. Other than that location is pretty nice but room was dirty. Edit : I modified my review because I am not 100% sure of what was on the bedsheets. A lot of stains like on the pic (and small dots all aligned). In either case bedsheets were dirty, so I preferred not to sleep in the room!

It’s a great place for the price! Rooms are clean and the balconies have an incredible view of the old town. Pool is kinda small and not super luxury vibes. But totally fair for the great price. I stay here every time I’m in Chiang mai.

We've stayed here for 2 weeks overall. we were only meant to stay 8 days but booked untill the end of our stay in Chiang Mai we loved it that much. It's a prime location. Right in the inner square of old town. It's a 2 minute walk to Sumphet market. We are surrounded by everything you need. The staff were amazing, the restaurant has delicious meals. The rooms were very clean and well looked after and the price to stay was very very good.
