This hotel experience was lovely, a wonderful home away from home. The restaurants offered a wide range of delicious options and great wine selection - not to mention the cozy bar and fireplace. The rooms were spacious and clean. If you're lucky enough to get a view of the Matterhorn, its spectacular from your balcony. The breakfast restaurant, however, will provide a wonderful view to the peak if you don't have it from your room. Le Mirabeau, specifically Thomas and Livia, went above and beyond to help me with a package delivery I was expecting to be delivered to the hotel. My package didn't arrive before my departure and they worked to get me to the post office at opening time to search for the package. Unfortunately, it hadn't arrived and later that day Thomas called to notify me the package had arrived and he would have it sent express to my next Swiss destination, no charge! I was so thankful to them as it was a very special package. Thank you to everyone who made this experience so special, I will never forget your kindness.

This is a 5 star resort, not 4! Thomas, the resort manager welcomed us and personally took us to our room. The location, the service, the food, and the spa were all outstanding. Our massages exceptional. Needed reservations for fondue on a Friday night, they called and got us the best at Zermatterstubli. We will definitely return in the summer!

Comfortable and large room, friendly and customer-oriented staff, a varied breakfast and impeccable cleaning services. After a long hike we could recover nicely in the sauna, so everything is there so that even a short experience in the summer can be enjoyed properly. Very well located, about 3 minutes from the train station and very well soundproofed. We slept and rested with no problems, plus the fairytale scenery on the terrace. We will gladly return. Thank you for the pleasent stay!
