Not a bad hotel, but a bit dated. The layout is a bit strange and not well planned. Lots of stairs and multiple elevators to get to our room. Extremely wheelchair unfriendly, if this is important to you. Our room was very big with a nice balcony but with an odd choice of furniture. Lots of space wasted as there were no comfortable chairs or couches. The balcony has two chairs but they were wooden dining room chairs, so big missed opportunity there. Staff are very friendly and attentive, so top marks for service. The included buffet breakfast is ok but not outstanding. We did not eat any other meals there as the hotel is in a good location with lots of nice restaurants/bars in walking distance. The two pool areas are quite nice and we enjoyed our time poolside. The beach is also a short walk away too.

Just back from 2 weeks here. We had a great time All the staff were great, they couldn't do enough to please. The breakfast bar had a very good selection of hot and cold offerings. the food in the buffet was excellent and a very pleasing 2 happy hours (bogof) by the pool.

The location is very central, the rooms and the pools are in a very good state. But what makes the difference is the staff! They are all super kind, helpful and amazing! Their service was outstanding! Thank you so much!

This Hotel was fabulous the breakfast in the morning had lots of different choices hot and cold. The staff always had a smile and were most concerned for are comfort. Spent alot of time by the pools which were beautifully clean, comfortable chairs umbrellas and happy hour twice a day with food avalable . The only thing it was a 4 minutes to walk to the beach .
