Eye (hotel manager) is amazing! She helped us with everything. The rooms are nice and I highly recommend the swim up rooms. The service is top notch. The people working at the hotel are all spectacular. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Phuket. I ended up with a health issue not related to Thailand and not only did they make special meals for me but they even made a get well sign for my room. My husband and I truly appreciated the service, care and concern. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a good job of cleaning. The only thing I would add is if you like music by the pool, bring your own speaker. Also, the pool needs to be deep cleaned to keep it beautiful. Otherwise, everything is just perfect. Book on the hotels website for better deals. We did and got extra discounts for doing so. Also, any tours you want, the hotel will handle for you. We did the Phi Phi tour and Eye booked everything for us. It was wonderful. This hotel is not on the beach and it’s nice because we didn’t come for the beach. We visited the beach but didn’t hang out there. Phuket is very busy. If you only want to be on the beach, you may want a hotel on the beach. It’s busy otherwise. We however, loved the Chanalai Romantica and would come again! Thank you Eye and team for an amazing experience!

Stayed for 5 days and I can say that this is one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at in Phuket. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant. The rooms and facilities look exactly as they do in the pictures. Thanks for the great experience!

This hotel is the best! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Especially the manager gave us a very warm welcome. The room is extraordinary: most comfy bed, big shower, but the biggest plus: the bathtub. Also the swimming pool is perfect: good for swimming, bubble bath on the side and tropical atmosphere with palmtrees. Our balcony was really nice as well. Best stay ever.

The service and hospitality of Chanalai Romantica is some of the best I have experienced in the world. Every team member is extremely present with you and ensures your stay is of the highest quality. The room itself is very clean and well kept. The food and drinks are fresh and tasty, and housekeeping goes above and beyond to keep amenities and your linens fresh and clean. The location is also great for whatever your needs. Highly recommend as a stay in Phuket.

Great location (5 min walking to the beach), and the service is the best I have ever had in Phuket! All the staffs are helpful, friendly and they proactively provided great help. For example, when they guided me to the booked room, I just mentioned that if possible I would like to have a quite room, they proactively changed a better room (higher level, with pool view and not facing the street) for me, which was a really warm gesture. The aircon outdoor machine was noisy; they sent a guy very fast and he stayed there till midnight, just to carefully repair it until he made sure that it functioned well. However the room itself can be improved: aircon is noisy, the bed is very humid, the pillow cases all smell like someone just slept on it and never got changed (I guess they were changed, but just because of the humidity the smell remained).
