Room is clean and good. Quite small bathroom. Location is in the Indian area, close to few massage shops. It's easy to get street food even at mid night. There is a 7/11 nearby. Breakfast is just few slices of Toast and jam with tea and coffee. The staff here have the worst attitude in Thailand i have ever seen. They never smile and always give the clients the glare. Maybe the night receptionist was quite accepabble.

The room is okay compared to the price. However, the hotel's location is relatively far from Makkasan train station, about more than 2km, the road is quite dark so it is difficult to walk. The receptionist was very cheerful and friendly.

My whole stay was great from the guy receptionist until the housekeeping. I wish they will add more staff that knows english well and staff that can deliver some service to the room 24/7.

Very disappointed, I had a reservation since two months, arrived at 8.30am, they were rude, didn't even say hello welcome, just said the room will be ready at 2pm, 5 hours later. I told them I had even emailed them about my arrival time, never got an answer, they don't write anywhere that check in is after 2 pm. They said that every hotel around is the same. I went just next door and found a room!! Really impolite, rude, snobby.
