Very cozy, clean and bright apartment! I lived there for a week and everything was fine. Smiling cleaning lady, pleasant owner. He organised quick check-in and check-out, was always available on WhatsApp. It is also nice that the apartment has a balcony. You can go there in the evening with a cup of tea and enjoy the fresh air. Location: close to the bus station, 10 minutes walk The city centre is 15 minutes away Migros is in 2-3 min walking To sum up, I recommend it! Thank you for your hospitality and a pleasant time in Fethiye :)

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Fethiye. It is walking distance from the bus station, supermarket, public transport, etc. We loved the apartment as it was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans, crockery and utensils. The room also had a washing machine which is great if you have a long stay. The only problem we had for dirty towels, we noticed red stains on them after using it twice. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great location transport at front door, close to bus terminal & sight seeing local areas. Plenty of restaurants & stores to stock up. Only negative is lots of traffic noise if your a light sleeper ask for back of apartment or bring ear plugs😄

Very good location. It takes 10 minutes from the bus stop and there are many large supermarkets nearby, so it is convenient. The room was very clean, but it was not soundproofed well (you could hear the sound of plugging in or unplugging the outlet), and I don't know if it was because the washing machine was running in the next room, but it was difficult to shower because the hot water didn't come out in the middle of the shower. Instead, it is equipped with dishes, microwaves, induction machines, washing machines, etc., so it is recommended if you need to do laundry and want to stay in a clean building. (+Additional review. I was in Turkey for a week, and this is the only hotel in a comparable price range that even has a refrigerator and freezer. I did. If it’s like this, I might go again…) I thought it was a closet, but after taking a shower, I heard water dripping, so I opened it and saw that the boiler was running strong and there were plastic bottles, so it seemed like it hadn't happened in a day or two. Still, since I don't use water, it gets quiet after about an hour. Bedding is not clean. It was a bit dusty, so I laid down a towel and went to sleep. I tend to sleep well, so I went to a temple stay and listened to the sound of rain falling from the eaves, but if you are sensitive to sound, I would not recommend this accommodation. No elevator. Instead, the owner carried our luggage.

We checked into the apartment on July 3 after making a reservation for 4 adults through Agoda. Even though we stated that we were 4 adults, there was 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in the apartment. When we met with the owner of the apartment, we were literally made fun of by saying that the sofa bed could sleep 2 people because it was opened. The sofa bed in question was not opened and there were neither sheets nor pillows. We had to come from an 8-hour drive and because neither Agoda nor the company owner could find a solution, we had to stay. How did we stay? We made a bed for our friend by combining two small armchairs and placing nightstands between them. Now imagine how he slept for 3 nights, you come to have a holiday and rest, disgrace upon disgrace. As if these were not enough, the room smelled like a stink every time we entered the room due to the lack of ventilation. I never, ever recommend it. I couldn't find it suitable for a company like Agoda and such a business.
