We stayed in Villa Paris, one of the Villas in Chaweng Modern. It is a spqcious and comfortable house with all the basic amnities and located in a quiet area distant from the main street and noise. It means tou must have a vehicle, car or bike, to get here, but it is totally worth it. And the house owners are super super nice.

This place smells of septic gas. It's on the top floor and I don't see p traps.. my guess is the gasses are rising through the building somewhere, somehow.. either way it smells bad and the power goes out daily for hours sometimes.. the guest bath is completely unusable with wiring hanging 3 feet out of the ceiling and I feel like I WAY OVERPAID FOR THIS PLACE!!!!! Not impressed for the money.

Biggest scam in Thailand! Be careful! MOLD all over the house, mold smell, mold in the pillows and the walls! The owner is very rude and didn’t even wanted to refund us, he ruined our vacation. Most probably the positive reviews are FAKE! Please see PICTURES! We made a claim to Airbnb, hope they get delisted.
