The cottage is a bit run down now. For the price it's a bit unreasonable. One of the rooms kept getting locked, and the walls and sinks had considerable wear and tear due to time. If the prices are to remain the same it's best they renovate it, otherwise it's really unreasonable. The food and the service was awesome though!

Our stay at the Cheltenham cottage met all our expectations! The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly, professional and always ready to assist. Perfect location with a gorgeous view and only few minutes away from the town and most tourist spots! Would definitely visit again and I highly recommend this place to anyone!😊

This cottage was built according to old British architectural concept which gives a ideal English country life for your holiday. Ever heard of under floor hearing systems in Sri Lanka? Well this is one of the few cottage which has under floor heating systems in Sri Lanka and it was built using standard American technologies. Not only that you can see cavity walls which keeps the internal temperature high and UPVC double glaze windows. Also this cottage is fully carpeted.
