We had an excellent time time in Senani! Marcus and the team were wonderful host! The kids enjoyed the garden and the rabbits and chickens were a added bonous! Pulling fresh carrots out from the ground and feeding them to the rabbits was magical for the kids! And the food.... yumm! best food we had on our entire trip in Sri Lanka! Prepared with such love - Prema, the chef is such a character! She cooked up a storm for us both nights we were there. Sitting by the fire in the evening reading or sitting out in the garden in the day.... a wonderful place to stay

I had a great time last Autumn in the bungalow with my Entire Family. It was really wonderful and the food was great. Prema's (Inhouse cook) cooking was Amazing and anyone who is going there should try her Soup which is one of the best i have ever had. I had some fun in the putting green as well. Overall Nice place to relax and enjoy with the family. I've been to many places that say " feel like home " and at the end of the day we have a miserable time. But senani is really a home away from home.

We were slightly concerned as we approached the bungalow as the area is somewhat of a jumble. However the Bungalow is the picture of colonial eloquent and Wolfgang the owner is attentive. He made the history of the place come alive and especially the story of the couple who cook and tend to your needs. We could walk to the centre and enjoyed our stay. Food was Sri Lankan and very good. Hope to return one fine day.
