I'd say Cher Mantra is the best option to have a private villa with private pool in a small budget. The ones at beach front are way too expensive and this one is a bit far but commute is not a problem since they have their own shuttle service and the locality and space is so peaceful and relaxing that I prefer this over beachfront. The staff was very courteous and cooperative. Loved my stay here. ❤️

Had a very average experience - staff was uncourteous, there was hardly any room service, no one picked up the phone after 10 Pm even if it was important, no one to help with luggage in the morning and at night, staff had a couldn’t care less attitude. While we were checking out, staff was looking for reasons to get us to pay - searching for damage or missing item. Not the place if you are looking for a relaxed and luxurious experience. Good for backpackers expecting basic stuff. Never coming back here.

Air-con has unbearable noise which cannot be fixed and we found out later that the room has long-standing Air-con problem and they still rent it out knowing it has problem. Hotel refused to take any responsibility or refund the money. Instead the manager/owner asked us to contact Agoda ourselves at night on 31st Dec which is almost impossible to refund because we already checked in. In the end after we kept insisting for 3hours the hotel contact Agoda for us and we get the refund. Very very poor management and bad hospitality by the hotel. Do not recommend to anyone coming here as the owner/manager(HR) does not have service mind. The staff were friendly though

Good View and Good Hospitality and Superb Stay. This hotel is located a little far from aanong beach area but they offer rental bike and car so better to go for shopping and exploring beach. We enjoyed poolvilla and pool too here. The view from private pool villa from hill is amazing..So good choice to stay. About Hotel breakfast, They don’t have vegetarian breakfast and so no sense for complimentary breakfast. Rest all good. #ReviewByHimanshu
