The hotel is not new, but good enough. Breakfast is included in the price. The staff is discreet, but it is there. Location - close to buses to the airport, but as it gets dark it is better to stay in the room as it is surrounded by slums. I was cozy in the room, but given the surrounding area - I am unlikely to choose it next time

I had a great four night stay at DenCity hotel in Istanbul close to Taksim. The hotel was very clean and well kept. I wanted to shout out Omar at the front desk specifically. He helped me a lot from the moment I stepped in to the hotel, from allowing me to use his Metro card and guiding me to different tours around the city and giving me directions on how to reach the different tourist destinations. Great individual! Also room service was good and they cleaned the room well and complimentary breakfast in the morning was also enjoyable. Overall I would highly recommend the experience!

Well, let me provide honest review. The hotel staffs are wonderful and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is fine. Rooms are not to large but here you have to consider the price of hotel in a tourist place like Istanbul. Be prepared to carry toiletries as they don’t provide those. Location is not good. Overall satisfactory value for money ..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dencity Hotel in Istanbul, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly memorable. I want to give a special shout-out to Ercan, Omer, Memet, and Muhammad for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. In addition to the fantastic staff, the manager of the hotel Mr. Mustangs was a standout. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference in my stay. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns, making sure that everything was taken care of efficiently. Another aspect that impressed me was the reception team's language skills. They were able to communicate fluently in multiple languages, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless and convenient. Overall, the Density Hotel in Istanbul exceeded my expectations in terms of service and staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Istanbul.
