I had a fairly comfortable stay at Sea Castle. The place is conveniently located very close to the beach, and a lot of eateries and supermarkets nearby. The staff was helpful and mostly supportive. The room wasn't exactly luxury, but it didn't bother us much since we were mostly outside. The good: 1. The property had hot water available 24/7. 2. The staff helped us with reviews of the places, getting around, advising on travel plans, and with no troubles during check-in and check-out. 3. Many eateries around and super-markets are around. Nice bike-rental places nearby too. 4. Got my wake-up call (didn't get it in other Vietnamese hotels, so perhaps not the norm here), though 5 minutes late. The bad: 1. The bedsheets and quilts were a tad unclean. Dirt-spots were visible. 2. The handwash, soap, and shampoo were not handy - two bottles kept next to the washbasin with no markers, so you try and figure out which is which. 3. Hotel-provided bike-rental was ridiculously expensive at 150k, whereas the place

I didn’t stay at the hotel. I just went to the fourth floor for feet massage. I’m a 26 years old lady and I was wearing skirt with shorts underneath. On my surprise they put a man which I did not ask for, to massage me and also disgusting that he didn’t respect me and his hands were going to almost touch my personal area!!!!! I don’t know how I didn’t call the police immediately! Awful experience! Not to mention I didn’t relax a SINGE MINUTE and a girl was just lying next to me and listen to loud music without even headphones! They also had the audacity to ask me to tip him! AWFUL

Booked a city view room with 35 sqm however was given a small room with no view (facing the wall of another building). The receptionist was trying to argue that their city view has 2 different types. However the room given obviously didn't match the room I paid for in size and type. They then agreed to give me a room with 'sea view' on the first night then switch me to a proper city view room that I paid for. I agreed. But actually the so called 'seaview' room is just a partial view of the sea between 2 other buildings and associated with a huge unsightly construction site right in front of you. It's rather unpleasant to look at. I was changed to a full city view room next day but the view is partically blocked by buildings cross the road. Overall the view of this hotel is not good. The hotel is old with aging furnitures - patches of paint came off the table and water damaged laminate floor. The king bed is joint by 2 single beds and really uncomfortable to sleep in the middle. The bathroom is small and somehow too dark. Service is rather dull from the front desk. Location is close to the beach but not easy access as you have to go around the street to get to main road where you can then cross to get to the beach. There are only restaurants for tourists around which is rather uninteresting. There are better hotels for this price range.
