I stayed at Chopin Apartments Eco from October 3 to 7, 2020. First, it turned out that due to renovation and a clogged shower, there was no cold water in the apartment. I contacted the owner by phone and he offered me alternative premises, but of a lower standard. I decided to stay overnight in a rented place and take a bath in another one. I had to ask for the shower in my place to be repaired the next day. At the end of the trip, this time there was no hot water in the apartment. The owner responded to the message sent in the evening only late in the morning. On the day of departure, it turned out that there was a large worm - a silverfish - crawling on the wall above my bed. I took a closer look and found more dried worms in the bathroom. After submitting a complaint via booking, I received the following response from the owner: "We do not agree to the refund of part of the amount. We do not confirm the guest's version. There were no bugs in the room before the guest checked in. after he checked out, we actually found one silverfish. where did this worm come from?? you should ask the guy. " The above message gives a perfect picture of the quality of customer service. At no stage did I hear a word of apology from the owner of the premises. During the telephone conversation, he suggested that I was trying to extort money from him, because I filed a complaint only after I left the apartment. I don't recommend the apartment itself, it's hard to find, keys are collected in another building 300 m away. The doors in the room are thin and you can hear everything from the corridor, and the illustrative photos were taken a long time ago and do not reflect the level of wear and tear of the premises. The only plus is the view from the window.
