Thank You for the lovely greeting card. A personalized approach is very much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and all usual appliances were in place and working. Breakfast was fulfilling with assorted options for various dietary requirements. A pancake machine made my day – it automatically makes and ejects small pancakes on the plate. AI at its best. :D. The huge bonus and my applause for the freshwater machine (still, sparkling, chill options). It took so much burden from me. I didn't have to think of getting bottled water from stores, dragging them upstairs, etc. This small and thoughtful detail is really life-changing. Every hotel should get those. Picture attached. Their restaurant is worth checking out as well. Surprisingly affordable and cozy.

My stay in a single room at this 4-star hotel was satisfactory, but with room for improvement. The cleanliness was maintained, yet the room appeared a bit tired. The discomfort of the bed, coupled with just one small pillow, affected the overall comfort. While being one of the more affordable 4-star options during my visit, there are better alternatives in Warsaw at a similar price point. Overall positive, but there's potential for enhancement in comparison to other 4-star hotels in the area.

Great location and the staff are nice, but the room was pretty worn down. The AC equipment was very loud and turning the AC off did not stop the sound, it was just vibrating all night. I paid for the superior room too. Did get woken up by cleaning staff after an all nighter even with the do not disturb sign. Parking also was awkward and I could not get out before the staff let me out

We stayed for 3 days. The hotel is centrally located, nicely decorated lobby. Our room has no view on the lower floors, the room itself is small which is typical in a city, small pillow as well, 2 out of 4 electrical outlets are not working, mini fridge is not cold and there is no min bar. On the other hand, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is really good, fresh butter, fresh yogurt, real scrambled eggs. They also have water dispensers on every floor which is great, we can always filled up our water bottles before we leave every day
