Wonderful hotel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and huge. The bathroom was bigger than my hotel room in Singapore! The staff provide exceptional service and are so friendly. Breakfast is also top quality! This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The towels in this hotel are old. We used a couple of face towels to wipe hands when we ate fruit. They charged us almost $20 USD for staining 3 very old face towels. In addition, staff were not honest. When I booked a room, they gave me the most expensive suit, which I was happy with. When I discovered the toilet leaked and didn’t flush, they relocated me to a much smaller room, without giving me a choice to either get a similar room on another level, or a smaller room on the same level, or telling me they would refund the difference if I decided to take the small room. Poor management. Unprofessional problem resolution. Greedy. Dishonest. Avoid!

It's another room that can be used. Close to the airport, convenient to travel, breakfast is served but I didn't wake up in time😄 The decoration is beautiful but still need to improve the cleanliness of the mattress set a little. Overall considered okay.
