Good value for the buck. Not far from the city center. A great place for "day" people, well connected by local buses. Not recommended for party goers, as it is far from the action and there's nothing around this area. Rooms are all the clean you can expect for this price range. Satisfactory imo. No traces of fluids from previous guests, no roaches. Flat TV and a bathtub. Hard to find anything better for this price (320 baht/night). Staff are kind , polite and discreet ;). On the negative side, the bathtube comes without a stopper, so you have to get creative. A stopper "appeared" on my last day of stay which got stuck on place leaving the bathtub unusable. This could have happened by chance, or the hotel might had decide that my fare didn't include the privilege of a bathtub, who knows. Moreover, hot water becomes tepid after 7-8 pm. Nothing to criticize for this energy savings mindset on this price range. Water flows and boils during the day. In another note, this is one of the first hotels I have been where I had to pay for what is usually free complimentary water. They didn't get the minibar idea right. Not a big deal as it was just (overpriced) water, but it was the principle. Like some excuse to scratch the last dollar from my occupancy. In all, a pleasant and comfortable place next to grocery shops, restaurants and we'll connected by public transport with bearable and perhaps understandable hues of baseness.

Very friendly staff and clean / modern facilities; a good solid mini hotel. The room is nice and they are trying to court international business. The hotel is located close to down town town and the airport but without the higher cost of hotels in those areas. Free wireless internet and new elevator were a nice find in such a price range. The included breakfast, while not a huge selection was tasty and served buffet style. The only thing that would be nice is softer beds and lower temperatures on the air conditioning but the beds are what you find in most hotels here and I like sleeping temperatures way below those of most people.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet is a good jump start for the day that has variety. Hotel is conviently located between the city and where people actually live. If you're feeling adventurous the market where locals do their dealings is about a 10-15 min walk around the corner. 1 less of a star because towel arrabgements were inconsistent, and the complementary water had to be asked for. Overall down to earth hotel that keeps cleanliness in mind.
