The homestay is beautiful, clean, reasonably priced and suitable for students BUT the soundproofing rooms are very poor, couples should note "Be careful with your activities". In return, the owners are cute and enthusiastic. Opposite there is a very nice cafe for 9 VND. I will come back!!!

The hotel has a good design, if operated with more care it would be much more beautiful. The plus point is that the staff wearing glasses is very enthusiastic and supportive.

Because the date was close and we saw pictures of the lovely homestay, we booked 2 nights, priced at 520k/night (discounted price). But when we arrived, it was different from reality, our room was on the top floor, the room was very small (even though it was named Big Amarillo) for 2 people and 1 suitcase, it was cramped, damp, the wardrobe often opened automatically. It was quite scary :( (we had to use a coat hanger to fix it) The basic interior only has a bed and a set of tables and chairs, while the photo sent for reference has a night light, a refrigerator, lovely flower vases of all kinds. The room Not soundproofed, the rooms on the lower floors could clearly hear us chatting or playing music. Late at night, when our friends came home from going out, running around on the stairs, we didn't see anyone reminding us. The location is also a bit far from the center, only Only the staff is cute and there is a large cherry blossom tree, it will be beautiful in spring.
