Lavi Hotel Da Lat

Location near the center. The room is old and very small. You can only open the window a little to get fresh air into the room (most hotels in Da Lat don't have air conditioning), so the room is stuffy and has a musty smell. Because the hotel is located in a small, steep alley, surrounded by other houses and hotels, the curtains must always be drawn, and the repair work next door is very dusty. All types of towels in the bathroom (bath towels, hand towels, foot towels) are too old and torn (even though the staff explained that the hotel was under repair, so the towels had not yet been replaced with new ones. : ( One more small thing that guests who booked the room found unhappy: mineral water in the room is not included in the room price. With the same price after adding the cost of mineral water, I could then find a room in another hotel near Xuan Huong Lake. The room is large, has a balcony, and has free mineral water, tea, and coffee every day. Hopefully after repairing the system, these negative points will be overcome.

Because I stayed for 4 nights, I booked the hotel room directly on Facebook 1 week in advance to avoid missed bookings, and if I chose a room with a room deposit to be completed that night (2nd floor room - double - window), the deposit will be paid. Afterwards, I was a bit surprised because the hotel didn't finalize it for me (other hotels after depositing will finalize the booking according to the number of days of stay - customer's name - room request) 🤗 and I was also subjective when I didn't ask clearly again. When I arrived at DL, the staff member seemed quite confused when he saw me coming and I received the information exactly as the staff member said, "VA is not coming tomorrow, right?" Then, "There's one room downstairs so I can stay better" 😀 and I was shown to a BASEMENT ROOM (not what I expected). However, I still thought it would be good for the hotel, maybe there was a mistake about the date, then I went up to ask the receptionist again and the answer was "the above notice only noted that our room has a window", then "There are group guests staying there right now. When they check out, I'll arrange for you to go there. BUT I'M SURE NOTHING AT THE GROUP GUESTS STAYING FOR 3 NIGHTS AT ALL BUT NOW THERE'S ONLY 1 NIGHT" 😀 and then we have Explaining my case, I booked a room in advance but the receptionist kept saying "GUESTS ARE STAYING" 3-4 times, we were like, hello? So, have you booked a room in advance yet? We don't want to argue anymore with the receptionist because we know we can't change anything and it's not the receptionist's fault 😀 but I really feel like because I'm a RETAIL GUEST, I'm not respected 🙃 ok after that. I sent a message to the page to resolve the issue, but the page apologized for the mistake and said that if there was still a room with 2 double beds, they would give me a discount of 600->400, wow? The two of us originally rented a double room, so what's the point of renting now with that price and an unnecessary bed? So I checked out the next day 😀 and that night I met another roach. When I went up to ask the staff to catch and deal with it, the staff only gave me a bottle of cockroach spray (let us deal with it ourselves) and said "why not?" Can there be cockroaches?", "Don't open the door, OPEN THE DOOR AND THE roaches will come in?" 🙃 1 is that it's a basement room, if you don't open it, the room is very stuffy, even if you're in Antarctica, it's still stuffy 😏 2 is the bathroom window is always open, before I even get in, cockroaches will get in. know? 😀 And instead of having a trip to relieve stress after many days of work, I'm more stressed after I don't know where to stay for the next few days and have to look for accommodation even though I booked it in advance 🤡. Regarding the location, it's close, but the service is honestly DO NOT HAVE 0 ⭐️ If there is, I would give 0 🤗
