Although it was a delayed response, we would like to say that we were very impressed with the hotel and the service of all the staff who spoke to us. We went out to visit the surrounding Cebu, feeling a little anxious when we saw officers holding guns everywhere, but when we returned to the hotel, we felt very safe and comfortable. Although your hotel is a three-star hotel, we feel that we have received more than three-star facilities and services. But we have one concern that we have stayed at your hotel is that the toilet is clogged. This would be the only problem that we find and not happy a lot. Your breakfast is a lot, very appetising and delicious, however, the options for vegans are a little too few, and we can't requests special for the vegan menu are not available to us. We have a Nordic massage with you and we are impressed. If you have the option of a Thai massage, it would be very good. It smells that the relaxation period is added to the next level. We are not really disappointed that we have chosen to stay with you. In the near future, we think that we will return to Cebu again and will stay with you longer. Finally, I ask your service to maintain an impressive service level like this.

This was an incredible hotel, with great facilities. The room was good quality. We had a beautiful view of the hills. Pool is great with a lovely view. Even the quality of the shampoo/conditioner etc. was brilliant. The most incredible thing, and what led me to leave this review, was the breakfast which was included in our stay. I have been travelling now for 7 weeks, and have stayed in a number of different hotels - this was by far the most impressive breakfast buffet I have seen during my travels and possibly in my life!! Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay in Citadines Cebu. The room was nicely furnished and clean. You could even do your own cooking if you do not feel like going out to eat. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of delicious food from pastries to mains to western food. Since it was the weekend it was very crowded and bigger groups had to wait for the tables to clear. My advice is to go down around 7am for breakfast. The staff at check-in and check-out were polite and nice. There was a pool on level 9 but we did not use it. Around the vicinity of the hotel, there is a shopping mall, supermarket and convenience stall. You can also take a cab to Ayala Mall 5-10 minutes away with more options. Overall highly recommended and we enjoyed our stay here.

Forgot to take a photo but the room is really good. It has kitchen with kitchen utensils where you can cook and heat your food and got fridge to store your food stuff. Water jug is also provided so you don't have to worry if you are thirsty. The room also has lounge area where you can accommodate your guests/visitors. The room is apartment style. One thing that I really won't forget is the thoughtfulness of their reception since I won't be able to enjoy my buffet breakfast due to my flight is early in the morning they offered to pack me some breakfast pastries so I could have something to eat while travelling.
