We had a nice weekend stay at Reddoorz Near Landers at Mabolo, Cebu City. The area is very accessible, near Ayala Mall, IT park, and SM City Cebu. It's easy to navigate in the area and land mark is easy to find. The area is quiet which is very convenient for me as a freelancer. The only thing I noticed is the mold-like formation visible on the ceiling. The staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. A recommended place to stay, worth it for its price.

Waterflow in shower operating at 10% Yellowish Phlegm dried up on bed linen which was changed straight away after request to caretaker. Acceptable living conditions such as a hot running shower are expected at a minimum.

Location is very convenient since it's near a mall and lots of other establishments. Room is clean and functional, didn't get their best room so I had no grand expectations but I was very satisfied despite it being the most affordable room. Wifi was good and can reach your room alright so you can privately and comfortably work in. Staff was good at their job and very nice as well.

It wasn't terrific, but it wasn't terrible either - it was decent for the price you pay. Pros: Friendly staff, Security 24/7, Elevator, Shower/Bathroom facilities, chicken takeaway shop down the street. Cons: Bed mattress is 10cm of foam, Pillows aren't soft, Neighbourhood roosters wake you up at 5am. Conclusion: If you want a budget hotel and can deal without some standards you'd have at home, to save a few bucks, then this is good value for money, but not everyone will be pleased.
