I visited this hotel in November 2023. The rooms are spacious and clean, and a variety of cooking utensils are provided. It is also a great location for exploring Hyde Park and several museums. The hotel staff were very friendly upon check-in, and even though check-in was a little late due to a miscommunication, I was impressed with how they tried to take the best care of their customers. It made my first trip to London pleasant.

The room was spacious and large enough, unlike other hotels in London. The location is good for those who prefer quiet peaceful areas, but it's not close to the main attractions. I would recommend it for large families and groups!

"300 pounds price for a 30 pounds room." For this price, I expect a much much much better room, they don't even have a in-bulit radiator in the room, and the bathroom was tiny. Besides, they charge for room service for 25 pounds each, which I was NOT informed before checking in. Never had such experience before. The only good thing is the location and free coffee and tea. The staff is okay, but I can feel there are not many staff around, sometimes when I call them, there is no response. You can certainly find a better place with equally good locations or better locations.
