We had a fabulous stay. The staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. We loved having the bar/dining area in the main lobby as well as lots of areas to relax and enjoy. The location near the Amstel river is beautiful! We would happily stay here again.

A great hotel - good value, convenient location and a comfy bed. Loads of cool little touches in the room and lobby, and the staff were all lovely. In particular Abraham was amazing and totally embodied the brand - fun, full of energy and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d certainly stay here again and will keep an eye out for Citizen M in other cities.

My stay at CitizenM hotel was fantastic. The location is excellent, offering complimentary bike rentals, and the shopping area is just a 7-minute ride away. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions.
