I've got to start with a positive, the staff here are very friendly and very helpful and the location is good. However that is about as pleasant as I can be. This hotel is awful. The weather was cold the week I stayed and my room was absolutely freezing, so I put the heating on, which then makes the room incredibly stuffy due to no fresh air. When I got to my room there was an odd smell of earth/soil in the bathroom, it was only on the third day I noticed that the shower drain was completely full of mud and needed cleaning out, which I did. The water pressure is OK and there was always hot water though. The sound deadening is also an issue as you can hear the people in the next room crystal clear if you're sitting on the toilet which is most disconcerting. There was also a huge gap at the bottom of the main door which I had to stuff with a towel every night to stop the hall way light shining in as the hall ways seem to be permanently illuminated. To top off an all together awful stay today on my last day of staying, I was awoken at 7.30 by builders sawing and smashing holes in the hall way and some of the rooms, not what I needed before a 5 hour drive home. Considering the cost of this hotel the stay was a joke, oh and the parking is £12.80 a day no matter how long you stay!!! Won't be returning.

The staff member here was lovely, particularly a lady who had service us. The check in time is a bit annoying as it’s all the way at 3pm, you can leave your stuff which is good but if you wanted to freshen up after a long travel you of course can’t. The room was nice a bit, could of been a bit cleaner, the bathroom was horrible, could of had it cleaned it much more, didn’t feel comfortable using at all. The room was warm and had no windows for ventilation. I wouldn’t stay here again

Won't be stopping at this hotel again, parking is a nightmare very very tight to get your car or van in and also costs £12, my room wasn't very nice dated and smelt funny as you couldn't open any windows. They do supply 2 fans for your room as it gets very warm in your room. This hotel is cheap because its not very nice.

It's a nice hotel but I struggled to open my door, rhe card didnt seem to work or the lock was foulty. I mentioned it when checking out so hopefully they look into it. The windows could do with some cleaning/maintenance. Bathroom could do with some updates too. A big plus tho for being able to charge my phone without the wall plug as I only had USB cable with me so was gratefully for that !
