I stayed at this hotel while on holiday last year in Wales. The room I was in was clean a bit outdated mind but that's alright I've stayed in worser, bed was comfy so that was delightful. Cheerful staff and great value for the price of the rooms there enjoyed my stay thank you! Walking distance into Cardiff Bay was good and took like 10 mins so not bad they have a great selection of restaurants there as well such as Pizza Express.

Great location for Cardiff Bay and lots of amenities within walking distance. Free parking, staff however need to explain to customers how this works whilst checking in! Room was clean but no Hand-wash, shower gel or toiletries provided as stated in the booking. Also missing a bathroom floor mat, so quite a slippery floor once stepping out of the shower. Very noisy in the night with people in corridors. Service and attention to detail could be improved.

Perfect for the location. Loads of free parking available and a short stroll to the bars and restaurants of Mermaid Quay. Also has the plus of its own Café/Restaurant with decent food at sensible prices. The rooms tick all the usual boxes. Comfortable beds and great showers. The minuses are - lack of plugs, no usb ports and the free WiFi is restricted to 30 minutes.

A very basic hotel it is dog friendly and in a good location between the town and the wharf. The first thing I noticed upon booking into my room is that there was mould around the windows. The breakfast was £9.50 for all you can eat, but I never felt like I wanted a second, serving, as it was only ever lukewarm and bacon was very salty. I would recommend for a few nights, but I will not stay for any longer than that.
