Everything about this hotel was great and the location was very good too. A bit noisy, but that is expected given how close it is to highway 57. Rooms and bathroom clean. Bed was a bit stiff, but I like harder mattresses. Breakfast included fruit, yogurt and hot meals. Service very cordial. Only odd thing was shaving kits, shoe shine, and shower caps were at a vending machine. Wish they offered slippers at that point too! Great value hotel. Would recommend.

Made a reservation for an accessible room ahead of time (someone in our party is a wheelchair user); made the request and called a few times to make sure accessibility needs had been noted in in reservation. Showed up the date of my trip at check-in to find out they had already rented out all of their accessible rooms. If you are a disabled traveler, do yourself a favor and find other lodging where you will be given an accessible room as requested.

Hotel is located by the main road which is connected to the highway therefore getting out of the city is easier. Rooms are spacious, renovated. Breakfast as usual in all City Express hotels, it's OK but not various.
