The air condition in our room wasn’t working. The room was extremely cold on late December. The water was coming out yellow!! and we tried contacting the front desk but there was no response. The breakfast suck! they only offer coffee and bread. The staff was sitting down and we had to be looking for them in order to ask them any questions. The hotel is decent but not a 5 star

I expected more of Hyatt considering the price. The room was exactly like in the pictures, good size, clean, good mattress, 60" TV. The bathroom was nice but the workmanship was very poor, the sink was not aligned with the top, looked very cheap and the faucet was so back positioned to the wall that it was very difficult to get water on your hands. The shower did not deliver hot water, just warm for 3 minutes, the cold. There is a pool located at the first level, good size and very heated nicely. That was the highlight of my stay. Good size gym not busy. The breakfast was excellent, the price included in the hotel room, but they had a bad habit to hand you over a bill of $220 mxn, and explained it was a formality only just to track their customer and for the tip! but you need to sign it! So Annoying!Terrible! Please just put a note on the table asking to tip! But the food was amazingly good!

Nice, clean, friendly staff, in house bar and restaurant for those late work nights when you just want to relax. A nice place to stay. The gym is better than average. My new favorite in Saltillo...
