The only positive aspect of this apartment is its location. It is truly situated in the heart of beautiful Prague. Upon arrival, they were supposed to send an entry code, but for some reason, they didn't have my email address, and I was forced to call them. Unfortunately, they do not answer the phone promptly, so I had to make several attempts. The room in the pictures looks much better than the actual room. I found a long woman's hair on my bed, but it seems to have come from the lady who cleans the room because the bedding was clean. There is no sound insulation in the room, and you can hear the elevator and your neighbors constantly. I kept my documents and money in the safe, but when I wanted to retrieve them, the battery was low, and I couldn't open it. I called the front desk multiple times, and they didn't answer promptly. Finally, when they did, they informed me that a technician would arrive in 20 minutes. However, he arrived in 30 minutes, without the key. They offered to make me wait for another 20-30 minutes or reschedule the technician's visit for the next day, but I didn't have the time to wait any longer and thanks I was able to meet him the next day (could you amazing to wait 50-60 minutes for technician if you need to go to the airport right away). While I acknowledge that this is my subjective opinion, I would advise against staying at this place.

Very central and very clean. The apartment had all the basics and location was excellent. The lift really needs to be updated. Also, better signage outside the building. Overall, good choice.

Very noisy room with loud mechanical noises occurring at 3:50 and 6:07 respectively on the two nights I stayed there. I recall the times because it was impossible not to be woken up despite already using 3M earplugs. The noises come from the lift, which unfortunately only goes up to the 5th floor and my room was at the 6th floor, so all luggage must be carried one flight of stairs up. Aside from the noise issue, the room was not problematic in any way. It was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The communications were very poor prior to the stay. A message requesting me to submit "guest details" was sent to me two days prior to my check-in date, I followed up with a message asking what details are needed. But no response from the proprietors. I had to make two separate calls to follow up to submit my passport details and to get the access instructions and access code from them. I'd very much rather stay somewhere that does have actual support services next time.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was not a good experience. The rooms were smaller than was showing in the pictures. We requested for early check-in but no one processed our request and it was hastle to get to the room. It was summer time and there was no fan or ac in the room. Even after multiple requests to the customer care, no one bothered to provide us with a fan. No room servicing was done for 3 days. I would not recommend people to stay here!
